How long does it take to receive a refund?
Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process. Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Want to exchange an item?
Exchanges are not supported at this time - if you would like a new product, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
I think my package is lost, what do I do?
We always strive to provide the best possible service. In case your package was lost or you received it damaged please reach out to info@sweedbeauty.com so we can help you as soon as possible.
Unclaimed/undelivered parcels
Parcels that are unclaimed or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer information will incur a fee of $15, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the shipping and administrative costs associated with unclaimed returns. Your parcel will normally be held at the delivery point for 7-14 days before being returned to us.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all customer details including your address, phone number and email are correct at the time of placing your order. Please contact our customer service-team as soon as possible if you discover that you have provided incorrect delivery information and we will see if updates can me made. An adress update is not something that we can guarantee.
