Return Policy

How to proceed with a return

  1. If you would like to make a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery and let us know which products you wish to return. Please include the following information in your message: order number, product(s) you wish to return, name, phone number, email address, and shipping address. Please email info@sweedbeauty.com and our customer experience team will help respond to your inquiry.
  2. If all requirements for a returns are met, place the product(s) you wish to return in a shipping box. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded.
  3. Arrange a return shipment to us using a carrier of your choice. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and original shipping cost are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, so we recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking information.
  4. Address your return package to:

  5. Once we have received your return, we will process your request as soon as possible. If all the conditions are met, please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process. Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

I think my package is lost, what do I do?

We always strive to provide the best possible service. In case your package was lost or you received it damaged please reach out to info@sweedbeauty.com so we can help you as soon as possible.

Unclaimed/undelivered parcels 

Parcels that are unclaimed or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer information will incur a fee of $15, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the shipping and administrative costs associated with unclaimed returns. Your parcel will normally be held at the delivery point for 7-14 days before being returned to us. 

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all customer details including your address, phone number and email are correct at the time of placing your order. Please contact our customer service-team as soon as possible if you discover that you have provided incorrect delivery information and we will see if updates can me made. An adress update is not something that we can guarantee.
